01-27-2024After renting a unit online, I show up prepared with the app downloaded. The app and access code work for the gate, but I have no access to the building. I called the number they have on the door, the number on the site and used the virtual chat on the website. No-one answered or called me back when I left a message. The virtual chat can't do anything to help me access my unit. So I have a U-Haul truck that I cannot unload because no-one is onsite, no-one answers the phone and no-one responds to messages. Horrible way to start off here.
