02-27-2024Do not use this location a mom and daughter team stole my items and tried to blame it on a Hispanic worker! I paid so that my items wouldnt go to auction after payment I was told to purchase a new key and then discovered that my valuable items were stolen and my storage trashed! Made a police report and a claim just upset that I would rely on a company to store and keep my items safe meanwhile you have dishonorable people and family working for this company! The lock that they broke was left in the unit! Still have not received a call from corporate yet.

12-05-2023I do not recommend Poor knowledge of proper procedures / protocols. I tried to vacate in early September 2023-filed paperwork to have removed( lost key). They never removed lock until October after I called corporate/customer service. I was told I was not responsible for oct charges. I received a letter in December from a collection agency for oct charges-seriously! I was told now by customer service that I should have filed to vacate in Oct. ????Needles to say I had to talk to a customer service supervisor again to resolve this matter. Seriously you dont need the stress!!!!
